• All sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, items cannot be refunded or returned for cash or exchange.

Return Policy

• Return Window: Products may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made goods are non-returnable.
• Return Process: All returns must be initiated via our Return Request Form, which you can access by contacting customer support.
• Store Credit: Approved returns will be issued store credit valid for two (2) years from the date of return.

• Customers must have an account with us to initiate any returns. Returns will not be accepted without a registered account.
