Welcome to UNI DZN! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Shopify store ("Site"), any orders placed, and interactions with us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please review these Terms carefully.

2. Sales and Return Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a purchase has been made.
  • Products can be returned within 90 days of purchase, excluding personalized goods. All returns are issued as store credit valid for two (2) years from the date of return. For full details, please see our Sales and Return Policy.

3. Account Requirements

  • To place an order or initiate returns, you must have a registered account with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities under your account.

4. Payment Information & Security

  • Payment Processing: Payments on our Site are processed securely through Shopify’s payment systems and third-party services, including Affirm, which provides flexible financing options. Your payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted. We do not store or have access to full credit card details.
  • Affirm Financing: Affirm is a third-party financing provider. By using Affirm, you agree to be bound by their terms and privacy policy. UNI DZN is not responsible for any actions taken by Affirm, including their use of your data.
  • Data Security: We take security seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, UNI DZN is not liable for data breaches or any unauthorized access to your information by third parties.

5. Privacy and Data Use

  • Information Collection and Use: UNI DZN collects data, including but not limited to, names, contact information, and order history to fulfill orders, improve our services, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data directly to third parties.
  • Third-Party Services and Data Sharing: Our Site operates on Shopify’s platform, and we integrate third-party services for analytics, payment processing, and financing. These third parties may collect, process, or store your data. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for their practices.   • No Liability for Data Leaks by Third Parties: While we prioritize data protection, UNI DZN is not liable for any data leaks, breaches, or misuse of personal information by third-party service providers, including but not limited to Shopify, Affirm, or any analytics providers.
  • Data Retention and Deletion: We retain data only as necessary for legitimate business purposes, including fulfilling orders and complying with legal obligations. You may contact us if you wish to request the deletion of your data, subject to applicable legal requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content such as product images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of UNI DZN or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" with a 2 year warranty to cover manufacturing defects. Only applicable to those with a registered account.
  • Limitation of Liability: UNI DZN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, data leaks, unauthorized access, or use of third-party services.
